The premium for student accident insurance is paid out of the entrance fee and provides limited coverage for accidents while the student is in school, traveling to or from school, or on a school-sponsored and supervised activity. Over night trips and trips where students cannot receive “immediate and direct” supervision at all times require additional insurance to be purchased. All injuries must be reported to the teacher and the school office immediately to qualify for coverage. Dental accidents are covered but eyeglasses are not. See the student accident insurance brochures for details. (Note: This is secondary coverage and pays only after your insurance pays.)
